Sec L – Main Commercial (Annex 'S')

1. What This Map Shows

This is the layout plan for Sec L Main Commercial, sitting inside Annex 'S' of DHA Gujranwala Phase 1. The block is shaped as a wide wedge, with a large triangular park and play ground filling most of the layout, and 102 numbered commercial plots arranged along its southern and eastern edges.

Two utility/institutional plots (O.H.W.T and a High School) anchor the narrow bottom-left tip, a Masjid sits at the park's upper edge, and a large Public Building faces the park from the south-east — so plot position relative to the park and these anchors is the main thing to compare between plots.

2. The Central Park / Play Ground

The heart of the layout is the large triangular green labelled 'SEC L Main Commercial Park / Play Ground', running the full diagonal length of the block. The Inner Column of plots (37–64) sits directly against its right-hand edge, making this the premium-frontage zone of the sector, similar to the plazas in Sec M and Sec K.

3. Institutional & Utility Plots

Four plots are set aside for civic and utility use rather than sold as private commercial units:

●       O.H.W.T (Overhead Water Tank) — far bottom-left tip of the wedge.

●       High School — next to the O.H.W.T, bottom-left.

●       Masjid — a small triangular plot at the upper edge of the park.

●       Public Building — a large plot at the bottom-right, facing the park from the south.

These are fixed anchor points on the map and are useful reference markers when explaining plot direction to a buyer (e.g., 'plot 65 faces the Public Building').

4. Commercial Plot Zones

The 102 commercial plots are grouped into three clearly separated zones:

ZonePlot / Block NumbersCountPosition on Map
South Row1 – 3636Bottom boundary, two facing rows, directly below the park, between the High School driveway and the Public Building
Inner Column37 – 6428Two columns immediately right of the park, closest to the play ground
Outer Column65 – 10238Two columns further right, running along the edge nearest Annex 'S'

5. How the Numbering Flows

  • Plots 1–36 run along the south row in two facing rows, numbered 19–36 on top and 1–18 on the bottom, directly below the park.
  • Plots 37–64 fill the Inner Column in two facing rows next to the park, running from 37 (bottom) up to 50/51 (top) and back down to 64.
  • Plots 65–102 fill the Outer Column in two facing rows along the Annex 'S' edge, running from 65 (bottom) up to 83/84 (top) and back down to 102.

7. Quick Takeaways for Buyers

  • Inner Column plots (37–64) offer the most prominent, direct park frontage in the block.
  • South Row plots (1–36) sit closest to the High School and O.H.W.T, useful for buyers wanting a quieter, institutional-adjacent spot.
  • Outer Column plots (65–102) run the longest uninterrupted stretch and sit nearest the Public Building and Annex 'S' boundary.
  • Every zone has its own adjacent parking strip, so parking access is not a differentiator between plots — layout position and park proximity are.
